Not all of our men’s bracelets are adjustable. Please refer to the product description to determine if the size is adjustable or fixed.

If a bracelet is adjustable, you can tighten it by following these steps:

  • Turn the bracelet on its back.
  • Locate a small window on the buckle.
  • Using a knife, carefully open the window.
  • Slide the lock out.
  • Adjust the size by cutting the leather to your preferred length.
  • If the plate can be moved along the leather, adjust from one side of the lock. If fixed, cut from both sides.

While the gold-plated color may experience some fading with prolonged use, taking simple precautions can help maintain its vibrancy. Avoiding exposure to chemicals such as perfume and hairspray can contribute to the longevity of the gold-plated finish.

Items will be shipped via Express Shipping Service in a gift box with a delivery time of  3 to 5 working days. You will receive a shipment tracking number by email as soon as your order is shipped. Shipping costs will be calculated upon checkout on our site. Please note that shipping times do NOT include production times that vary from 7 to 10 days. Please remember that shipping around holidays can be very unpredictable. You, as a buyer, are responsible for any duties, tariffs, taxes, customs fees, or any other charges that may be assessed upon entry to your country by customs.

Yes, we ship internationally.

The order fulfillment process involves an 8-working day manufacturing period. Upon completion, we provide you with a customized design for approval before proceeding. Once approved, our team begins production, which typically takes up to 6 working days. Worldwide delivery generally requires an additional 5 to 8 working days. Please note that during holidays or special occasions, there may be delays in delivery. We recommend placing orders well in advance to account for any potential delays.

Payments

We accept payments via credit/debit cards, ensuring the highest security through the bank’s site.

Yes, we accept international credit cards.

Shipping & Returns

Qasaed is committed to full customer satisfaction. You, as a customer, are eligible for a full refund and item(s) return ONLY in the occurrence of the below two situations:

  1. If the item(s) received was defected
  2. If the item(s) received was not as described (e.g.: different color, different model, or different specs)

In case you faced one of the above two situations, you are kindly requested to send us a photo of the wrong/defective item(s) received on support@qasaedbyola.com in a period of no more than 5 days within Lebanon and 14 days internationally from the date of receiving your order. Once your refund request is approved, we will inform you via email and the refund amount will be transferred to your balance in 2 to 5 working days, or an online voucher will be used at our store, you choose. Shipping costs, including taxes and duties if applicable, will be deducted from the amount of refund. The contents of the package must be in their original condition and secure within the box. For your security, do not indicate the contents of the package on the exterior of the box. Qasaed is not responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during shipping. All returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt.

Once a refund is approved, the normal procedure typically involves processing the refund within a certain timeframe, which can vary depending on the payment method and the policies of the company or organization issuing the refund. In general, refunds for online purchases often take several business days to appear back in the original payment method used for the transaction. This delay is due to the processing times of banks, credit card companies, and payment processors.

Order cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of the initial order placement. To change the details of your order, kindly contact us via WhatsApp or email.
